Fake Ambient:
The first time I was introduced to the verb "Fake Ambient" was in an email, back in 2015 from my digital distributer. Stated in the email, was a list of genres, that the music streaming services, was looking to clean out from their services. AI technologies are poised to take part in making music, potentially introducing innovative genres, music production and composition.
Ghost Songs:
"Ghost Songs" were written for and performed at the yearly Organ Sound Art Festival 2020 held at Koncert Kirken in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. Due to lockdown and restriction, the festival was streamed live on The Lake radio.
I can feel it when you breathe:
Composed and recorded at my residency at EMS Stockholm, May 2022.
Sound sources: Buchla 200, cello, tape recorder, piano samples, digital strings and field recordings from Södermalm.
Introvert Musik:
During the lockdown, like many others, I spent a lot of time at home experimenting with music and sound. And the whole world seemed both small and distant at the same time. So when I got the opportinuty to borrow the keys to a church on Nørrebro where I lived I was trembling to explorer the total opposite of my home environment.
